Customer Experience Center - Call Center in Sarawak

Job Description

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries

  • Provide accurate information about products and services

  • To raise tickets for tracing inquiries

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

  • To arrange pick up orders for customers & to provide CSTC platform reference number accordingly

  • Ensure to meet department Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues

  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

    Requirement

    a) Minimum SPM qualification with 1 year working experience,

    b) Minimum Diploma qualification in any field

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
