Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input and maintain customer information in our database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established standards.
Handle data entry tasks for new customer accounts, including account setup and verification.
  • Update and maintain existing customer records, including changes in contact information and preferences.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in customer data.
  • Adhere to data entry procedures and protocols to ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
