Fully responsible of customer care department and reporting to Operation & Admin Manager.
To ensure timely order processing, feedback and meeting customer delivery expectation.
Answer the customer enquiry, handling customers request or complaint, and feed-back customer on timely manner.
Supervise the sales & service enquiry, order, and enquiry process be able to meet company and customer expectation.
Liaise with customer and be able to handle sales enquiry, close sales, and account receivable.
