Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle for customer care daily job tasks and reporting to Operation & Admin Manager.
  • Ensure timely order processing, feed-back and meeting customer delivery expectation.
  • Answer the customer enquiry, handling customers request or complaint, and feed-back customer on timely manner.
  • Supervise the sales & service enquiry, order, and enquiry process be able to meet company and customer expectation.
  • Liaise with customer and be able to handle sales enquiry, close sales, and account receivable.
  • Assist on review existing marketing materials such as flyers and posters aligned with the group company requirements.
  • Perform any assigned job tasks from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Possesses at least Diploma certificate in any field.
  • Fresh graduates or 0-1 years of experience in customer care management.
  • Willing to learn, good communication and attitude on achieving high effectiveness and efficiency.
  • MS office application with good understanding or readiness to learn.
  • Timely reporting and result oriented.
  • Language proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking will be added advantage.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
