Job Responsibility
As a Customer Solution Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers in our various products and services to meet their advertising needs.
You will also be in charge of identifying and evaluating potential clients, developing relationships with business owners, and providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure successful results.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on the most appropriate solutions to meet customer needs
- Source and filter credible leads to match clients requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Identify and qualify new opportunities and pursue them to closure
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful service deliverance
- Continuously develop and improve the companys service pitch and better service deliverance
Job Requirements
- Any field of study that is related to the position.
- Relevant working experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Experience in the public presentation will be added advantage.
- Possess excellent attitude, and willingness to learn and develop.
- Fluent in English.
