Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Familiar with social media and able to answer online enquiries.
  • Provide satisfactory service to customers, introduce the services offered by the company, make customers aware of our value, emphasize the importance of maintaining health for continued well-being and assist in encouraging customers to entrust their health to us.
  • Generate invoices for customer and collect payment.
  • Compilation of sales data.
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Handle back up for assessment records.
  • Filing of customer profile and schedule appointments.
  • To participate in various marketing activities such as in house event.
  • To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries and feedback.
  • To maintain cleanliness, equipment and environment of common areas.
  • Ad hoc task assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Good personality, a team player and willing to learn
  • Positive mindset
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • On the job training will be provided
  • Job types: Full-time, Permanent
