Senior/Manager CRM (Customer Relationship Management)- Working Location Old Klang Road (Onsite)

Implement different CRM strategy/program to target potential market, maintain existing customer and breakthrough.- Analyse, plan, monitor and optimise key account customer's performance based on business goals.
Analyse and optimise sales content based on effectiveness and business performance, delivered to customers via multi communication channels (Email, Whatsapp, SMS, APP, Calls).
- Formulate special promotions or events for key account customers based on their preferences and performance.
Monitor escalation cases and negative feedback from key account customers closely with the CRM team, to retain and restore customer confidence through effective resolution and proactive measures.- Communicate closely with product, marketing and management teams to ensure alignment of business goals.
Provide guidance and support in executing CRM initiatives, leading CRM teams to ensure tasks effectiveness and achieve business goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance, ensure a knowledge-sharing culture by effective communication and documentation.
SPM or above. Bilingual in English, Mandarin (verbal, written & read).
- Minimum 2 years in CRM manager role experience with proven annual sales team award.
Fast learner, able to transform knowledge into practical business.- Strategic management thinking with strong leadership in team development.
Customer centric, high flexibility in problem-solving and result-oriented.
Proficiency in G suite, Microsoft Office and Power Point.
