Position Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM cum Social Media Executive to join the Nazirin Skin Clinic (NSC) team. The ideal candidate will manage and enhance our customer relationship management systems, ensuring excellent patient care and engagement. This role involves overseeing social media activities, analyzing data to improve customer interactions, and supporting the overall customer experience strategy at NSC.
- Responsibilities / Job Description:
Reports directly to the Brand Marketing Manager in the Marketing Department.
- Ensures the companys KPIs & OKRs Balanced Scorecard execution and metrics for the department are achieved.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products & services within ethical and patient-centric guidelines.- Develop, manage and optimize the CRM system to improve customer satisfaction, retention and accurate data handling.
Develop, design and maintain the company's Social Media Management and ensure its consistent online presence (this includes posts, video creations, and copywriting).
- Responsible for answering feedbacks and inquiries through the companys social media channels, Google Business platforms and WhatsApp.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for personalized marketing.- Coordinate and execute social media marketing campaigns to engage and grow our online community.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM and social media activities.
- Collaborate with doctors, clinic, e-commerce teams and to align CRM activities with business objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in CRM and social media management.- To assist in managing ad-hoc projects and implementation by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Head of Department (HOD).
A minimum of a diploma in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred.- Proven experience in CRM or Social Media Marketing role.
Proficiency in CRM software and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
