Position: Credit Recovery Officer
- Tenure: 6 Month Contract (Renewable based on performance)
- Salary: RM 2500 - RM 3000 (Basic Salary) + Commission
- Location: Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Perform outbound calls to delinquent customers to negotiate for payment.- Handle inbound calls (related to unblocking devices or recovery-related matters) and negotiate payment arrangements with the customer.
Proceed with the unblocking request (if applicable/necessary) upon approval.
- Update CRM & UCCS (systems) on calls made and actions taken for each customer.
Take up any other ad-hoc matters.
SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of credit control/recovery/retention work experience.- Possess a positive working attitude.
Fully vaccinated with at least one booster jab for Covid-- MUST be able to start immediately.
