Job Responsibility
Credit Recovery Officer job description should contain a variety of functions and roles including:
- Keep tracking outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
- Plan course of action to recover owed money.
- Locate and contact debtors.
- Update account status and database regularly.
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
- Handle customers questions or complaints.
- Build trust with debtors.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM certificates and above
- Malaysian only
- Between 18 - 45 y/o only
- Minimum basic computer knowledge
- Preferred experienced / Non-experience are encouraged to apply
- No transportation issue
