- Make outbound calls and remind them of their payments.
Persuade, negotiate and work with customers / clients to make workable repayment arrangements.- Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect / remind the payment for overdue payments.
Maintaining customer payment records.
- Able to use computer in basic & able to communicate fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.

Aged 18 and above- Fresh graduates are very welcome

- Training and guidance will be provided
Housewife, College Student and Unemployed
WORKING HOUR:- Monday to Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday schedule work : 9:00am to 1:00pm
