RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Debt Recovery Officer :
Collect payments from delinquent customers.
Call customers using all approved methods of communication.
On overdue accounts and amounts currently owed.
Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
Follow up frequently for payment commitments.
Handle the Client portfolio
REQUIREMENTS:-
SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
Prefer experienced candidates.
Good communication skills (BM & English).
Self-discipline and Team player.
Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage
