Job Description: The Credit Recovery Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing our credit recovery programs. This role involves coordinating with customers, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective credit recovery processes.
Coordinate with customers and financial institutions to negotiate and arrange payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and recovery efforts.
Communicate with customers regarding their account status and recovery options.- Oversee the daily operations of the credit recovery program.
Develop and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness and recovery rates.
- Assist customers in understanding their financial obligations and provide guidance on payment plans.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.- Provide training and support to staff involved in the credit recovery program.
Monitor and report on program performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the program.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a credit recovery, collections, or financial services role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Knowledge of financial regulations and credit recovery processes.- Commitment to customer satisfaction and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or a related field.- Experience in the motorbike industry or a similar retail environment.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
