Job Description- Assisting the executive/manager on daily operation of Credit Control Section.
Maintain departmental reports / records / statistical data for administrative and audit purposes.- To follow up via phone, letter and field visit (where necessary) of corporate and insurance accounts for the collection and debt recovery.
Ensure reminder(s) issued to defaulted Cash Patient and Corporate and Insurance clients.
- To ensure the Statement of Account of Corporate and Insurance is generated and sent out on monthly basis.
To generate report of Inpatient Balance Inward Listing and follow up for Top-up deposit.- To perform reconciliation on dispute transactions and solve the problem tactfully.
To follow up on delinquency account and meet up customer where necessary
- To liaise with debt collection agency and legal counsel for further debt recovery action.
In-charge on creating the debtor code for new corporate and insurance client and circulate the information to the respective department.- Participates in staff activities, training and meetings as directed by either the department manager or division head.
Ensure a positive & effective communication with other departments in the hospital and all inquiries are entertained and response within reasonable timeframe.
- Shall be able to attend to patients who are not able to make payment upon discharge and to inform the department manager/division head for further action and follow-up.
Ensure that Health, Safety & Security regulations are adhered to all times and report any faults or suspicious activities immediately to relevant departments.- To maintain confidentiality of information handle in the course of duty.
To be able to accept and perform any duties that may be requested by the management.
Minimum 1 years working experience in tertiary hospital
- Diploma / Degree in Finance or related areas
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.- Excellent in both written and verbal (Bahasa / English)
A self-starter with initiative and resourcefulness and an ability to work independently.
- Effectively interacts at all levels, good leadership quality analytical mind.
High level of integrity, honest, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
