Provide support to the Sales and Marketing Department and assist in liaising with bankers regarding purchasers loan application status.
Assist in ensuring all SPA and sales documentation are completed, executed, and properly recorded.
Handle correspondence from purchasers, bankers, government loan divisions, and lawyers related to sales and loan documentation.
Assist in the timely issuance of progress billings, official receipts, late payment interest, and reminders.
Support in managing all matters related to the redemption and collection of progress payments.
Help maintain an up-to-date aging/collection report.
Update and maintain an accurate customer mailing list in the database system, track sales status, and assist in preparing monthly sales reports for management and the accounts department.
Assist with sub-sale, refinancing documentation, and the completion of property transfers.
Support the issuance of notices of vacant possession, billing, and maintenance charges.
Perform other administrative duties and assignments as required by the management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
Basic understanding of sales and loan documentation processes.
Familiarity with property transactions, SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreements), and loan application procedures.
Knowledge of general office software (MS Office Suite) and experience with database management systems.
