Responsibilities:_
- Perform credit check and assess credit application for customers. Liaise with sales team and credit reporting agency.
Monitor and confirm the adherence of credit approval conditions.- Process legal documentation. Assist with the legal cases and respond to solicitors as and when required.
Assist in credit review and process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Release orders to credit customers where appropriate.
Investigate and resolve unallocated and unapplied receipts.- Co-ordinate and follow up with internal parties on issues for resolutions/approvals.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide back up support and assist with the daily functions of the Credit Control Department.
Undertake special assignment, additional duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.
_Requirements:
_ Minimum 2 years of work experience in Credit Administration / Operations department is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia- Attentive to details, neat and meticulous
Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and able to cope with pressure to meet deadlines
Self-initiative, drive and able to work independently
