Option A: As a Project Manager, you are responsible for facilitating communication between the Media team and other departments. You will also serve as a single point of contact for each team member and oversee our daily operations, deliver projects on time and within budget, improve project success rates through the implementation of more effective project management processes and systems, and reduce project risks and issues through proactive risk management practices.
Option B: We're seeking a Project Manager who is a natural at leading projects to timely, cost-effective completion. You'll be the heart of communication, connecting teams and elevating project success with effective management strategies. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations and lead the project workflow, working closely with our internal teams. Your expertise will be key in improving project outcomes through the implementation of refined processes and systems.
In your role managing dynamic digital creative projects, you'll be at the forefront of exciting developments.
- You will be essential in creating and implementing effective project management processes and systems, ensuring our project teams have the tools they need to succeed.
Monitoring project timelines, schedules, and progress is key, and you'll play a critical role in making sure everything runs on time and within budget.- Balancing resources and workload will be a significant part of your job, where your planning and coordination skills are vital for the timely delivery of projects.
You'll have a keen eye on deadlines, ensuring they are met and identifying early on those that might be challenging.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between project teams and other departments will be a regular part of your role.
Your day-to-day will involve keeping team members focused on delivery objectives and ensuring stakeholders are well-informed about project progress.- As a central point of contact for team members, you'll address their concerns and acknowledge their contributions.
Managing project documentation, including project plans and status reports, will fall under your responsibilities.
- You'll proactively identify and address project risks and issues, ensuring that projects adhere to the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
Your role will also include continuously enhancing our project management methods to achieve even better project results.

Development of a diverse and inclusive workforce
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Project Management).- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, project teams, and other departments.
Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge in tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
Has own equipment for work, with reliable connection and back up.- Experience with project management software tools and methodologies.
Proven ability to develop and implement project management processes and practices that lead to successful project outcomes.
