Our client, a prominent financial technology company, is seeking a Creative Operations Coordinator based in Kuala Lumpur for their marketing services division. This division provides consulting, marketing, loyalty, and analytics solutions to financial institutions and merchants globally, leveraging data-driven technologies and innovative approaches to drive customer growth. The Creative Operations Supervisor will support a specialized creative team that develops and executes marketing programs, producing on-brand content solutions for advertising partners, platforms, and the companys extensive range of brands.
The role requires understanding and managing internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client needs and translating them into actionable tasks for the creative team. The independent should be familiar with handling projects from a client perspective, even though direct client engagement is not required.
The Creative Operations Coordinator will report to the Creative Operations Manager and assist in managing production resource planning and ensuring efficient operation of the creative team. Proficiency in resource management platforms such as monday.com, Asana, or 10,000ft, and adeptness in process refinement and administrative tasks are essential. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow and quality of creative projects, making it an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic environment.

Assist the Creative Operations Manager in coordinating the end-to-end development and delivery of campaigns for assigned customers.- Maintain and update resource management platforms on monday.com
Manage administrative duties, including the organization of project documentation, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Contribute to process refinement by monitoring current traffic processes and suggesting improvements.
Communicate project updates and requirements to key stakeholders.- Understand and manage the expectations of internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client requirements and effectively translating them into the creative process.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role involving creative operations or resource management.- Proficient in using resource management platforms like monday.com, Asana, or 10,000ft.
Experience in platforms, process refinement, and administrative management.
- Experience in the payment industry is preferred for better cultural fit within the financial technology company.
Ideally with a background in agency work with experience in managing multiple clients
