Job Description

_Responsibilities: _

The Creative Designer, reporting to the Assistant General Manager and Marketing Manager in Singapore, is crucial for the success of A&P and brand marketing initiatives.

This role involves overseeing daily graphic activities within the Brand Department and collaborating with internal teams such as Operations and F&B to ensure alignment with the brands vision and objectives. From developing to executing marketing projects, the Creative Designer ensures all efforts support and enhance the brand promise.

_Duties of the Creative Designer include but are not limited to:_
  • Responsible for overall outlet thematic dcor and stall visuals, including food displays to ensure consistency with concept and adherence to brand essence
  • Prepare in-store display visual templates/ guidelines
  • Responsible for creative output of graphic and visual merchandising, including window/ in store displays and in-store merchandising to ensure consistency with campaign concept and adherence to brand essence
  • Provide exceptional standards of visual excellence to each store on a weekly/ seasonal basis by working closely with the operation team for store openings, key campaigns, as well as day-to-day store fittings & maintenance
  • Strong knowledge in production processes to ensure visual merchandising props and display setup are operationally viable in outlets, not limited to procurement and execution of visual display elements, efficient follow up with partners/ suppliers, budget tracking, quality control on creative output and adherence to implementation deadlines
  • Any other duties as assigned by Superior.


_Qualifications/Requirements_
  • Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Product Design, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (Mandarin required for liaising with Chinese-speaking associates)
Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office
  • Well-organized with strong time management
Creative with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiastic, motivated, and highly creative
  • Capable of translating marketing materials between English, Chinese, and Malay

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
