Content Creation: Develop compelling and original content for a variety of channels, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, email newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies that meet business objectives and target audience needs.
Campaign Execution: Plan, execute and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns including both online and offline channels.
SEO Optimization: Implement best practices for SEO to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to our website.
Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu etc.)
Graphic Design: Use design tools to create visual content, such as infographics, banners, and social media graphics.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on content performance metrics, using data to inform future content strategies and improvements.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with our brand guidelines, tone, and style.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing, sales, and product to align content efforts with overall marketing initiatives. Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to keep content relevant and engaging.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Min 2 years working experience
Proven experience in a creative marketing role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns (online and offline).
Able to converse, read and write in Mandarin would be the added advantage.
Proficiency in graphic design tools, video shooting & editing and software.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
