- Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
Analyze marketing data (e.g., campaign results, conversion rates) to optimize strategies.
- Coordinate and communicate with contracted outsourced digital marketing agency.
Report all branding, marketing, communications, lead generation, and tracking to the management.
- Graphic Design Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, and advertisements.
Design and layout print materials such as flyers, banners, name card, and posters.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all design assets.
Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Social Media Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Develop and curate content calendars for social media platforms.
- Create and schedule posts that resonate with the target audience.
Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve performance.
- IT and SEO Knowledge:
- Understand basic SEO fundamentals and collaborate with external parties to improve the company's digital assets positions.
Possess basic IT knowledge to troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing platforms and tools.
- Reporting & Updates:
- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities to the management group.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment and synergy across departments.- In charge of all coordination and communication with contracted outsourced digital marketing agency, while reporting all branding, marketing, communications, lead generation and tracking to the management.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.- Basic knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Creativity and attention to detail are essential.- Fluency in English and Chinese languages.
