So what's the new
Creative & Social Media Manager going to do
Ultimately, you're going to become a champion of all digital media Ad creative and social media content activities for our clients including Synkd to drive users into the platform and oversee our new community (community.synkd.life).
The role requires someone with an excellent grasp of English and has lived and studied in the UK, who can manage all aspects of digital marketing especially PR & social media channels to engage small and medium sized businesses .
Develop digital Ad Creative concepts and implementation for clients esp luxury
- Become a champion of Synkd and promote its benefits globally
Implement a global marketing plan to drive subscriptions- Develop relevant content targeting Small & Medium sized businesses around the globe
Oversee and manage global Ad campaigns
- Manage social media presence
Support larger client pitches- Come up with unique content ideas and strategies to support the community
Create easy-to-understand and unique content that engages users and gives them a helpful yet entertaining experience when browsing through our media channels.
- Manage every piece of content that goes out on the companys behalf, ranging from newsletters, press releases, blog posts, and social media posts on various platforms.
Analyse performance indicators and web traffic, identifying areas where the content requires improvement.- Keep track of the existing content strategy performance.
Communicate new content ideas to the creative team to ensure they are aligned and produce the needed support material, such as photos, images, or videos.
- Proofread new content to avoid and correct errors.
Other content-related duties as assigned by the senior management.
- Desired Skills & Experience:
At least 2 years community management experience (in a working environment)- At least 2 years social media experience (in a working environment)
Outstanding English and a clear communicator. Mandarin is a bonus.
- A writer who can match brand tone and voice to tell our incredible brand story
A self-starter with proven experience of driving projects from conception to completion- Collaborative, inquisitive, and great at finding creative solutions with the team
The role offers an attractive salary, bonus tied to subscriptions and stock options will be provided upon completion of key milestones.
