Creative and Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Creative and Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role involves managing product and brand promotion, developing marketing materials, and supporting sales activities. Junior candidates or fresh graduates looking to kickstart their careers are more than welcome.

• Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing overall product and brand advertisement, promotions, and distribution channels.

• Conduct market visits as needed.

Liaise with external parties to prepare promotional materials such as brochures, exhibitions, and digital marketing.

• Ensure consistency in the design, color, image, and message of marketing materials in line with corporate identity.

Maintain and update the website, social media, and online content.

• Assist senior staff in providing product knowledge and training materials to the Sales team on new products.

Help senior staff analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure the sales team meets quotas and goals.

• Help senior staff research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements.

Implement new sales plans and advertising strategies.

• Cooperate with team members to carry out other marketing activities.

• Requirements:

We welcome applicants from any educational background and level, but a diploma or degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Creative Fields, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

Strong written and spoken English skills.

• Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and with all levels of management and staff.

• Team player, highly motivated, and committed with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Willingness to learn is a must; candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Possess own transportation and willingness to travel.
