Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assign parcels and oversee dispatch processes to couriers based on daily headcount and operational needs.
  • Submit a brief daily report summarizing team performance and challenges.
  • Manage the roster for couriers registered under the EVO agency.Monitor and report KPIs to ensure compliance with set targets.
  • Liaise with the hub operations team on fleet and operational matters.
  • Onboard new couriers, providing app training and guidance for delivery tasks.
  • Support parcel delivery to customers.

Job Requirements

  • Malaysia Citizen.
  • Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Location: Lazada PJC Hub
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract: 1 Year
  • Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Benefits

  • Basic salary: RM2000/month (with increment based on performance after confirmation)
  • Allowances: RM100 HP & Medical Allowance and KPI Monthly Bonus
  • Additional: Fuel claims and parcel commission (based on threshold)
