Job Description
You will be reporting to the Regional Director and your primary responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organisations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities across different territories.
- Stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Communicate the company's value proposition, technology, and partnerships effectively.
- Implement marketing strategies and analyse trends to achieve annual sales and profit targets.
- Forecast sales, set quotas, and project sales volumes for various regions.
- Monitor and adjust pricing strategies in response to market conditions.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service by working closely with internal teams.
The Successful Applicant
Educational Qualifications:
Industry Experience:
- At least 10-15 years of strategic sales management experience, ideally within IT, Retail Markets, Financial Services, or related sectors.
- Strong relationships with purchasing and technology departments in banks are highly desirable.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proven track record in strategic selling, particularly in securing high-value contracts.
- Experience in developing and managing long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Demonstrated success in building and growing distribution channels and business partnerships.
- Strong customer and partner focus, with the ability to meet business objectives.
- Strategic leadership with a focus on future growth and profitability.
