KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the entry, and analysis of cost-related data, including goods received note, and stock movement reports.
Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents. Provide support to the finance team as needed.
Assist in keeping track of costs for inventory
Help with inventory management tasks, such as updating the costing in the inventory system.
Assist in simple analyses to identify any cost discrepancies.
Assist in resolving any basic cost-related issues or inquiries from other departments.
Take initiative to learn and improve skills related to cost analysis, financial software, and retail operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cost management.
Other duties which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Mathematics/Analytics or equivalent.
Computer literate with strong working knowledge of accounting systems and software applications (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel).
Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
Willing to work in Damansara Heights
