RESPONSIBILITIES- Analyze and monitor production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Develop and maintain product costing models.- Conduct variance analysis between standard costs and actual production costs.
Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and implement cost control measures.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets related to production costs.
Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost control.- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Drive the development of procedures and controls that ensure meaningful and reliable product costs and accurate inventories.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures related to cost management.
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar role in the foods manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on product costing and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP system and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team members.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
