REMS is a provider of business process solutions relating to tax, accounting, secretarial and payroll administration. REMS started as a group of tax professionals with wide and deep tax experience, gained from a collective 100 years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm. Since our inception, we have grown to become a one-stop business process service provider to support our Clients in financial, tax and administration processes whilst our Client focuses on their core activities. Our capabilities have grown to include the advising and / or implementation of best practices and proper policies, processes and procedures relating to tax, accounting, company secretarial and payroll administration functions within the business. Our Clients view us as part of their internal management team, whose role ranges from advising to ensuring the proper execution and compliance of the relevant statutory obligations to such matters.
- Qualifications & experience
Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies, or currently pursuing ICSA courses or equivalent- Preferable with at least 1 year of experience in company secretarial field
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people from all levels.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Meticulous and detail-oriented- Good Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint) skills.
Good public presentation skills.

Provide company secretarial support services to a portfolio of corporate clients
- Responsible for carrying out all aspects of company secretarial functions
Prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, statutory forms and documents- Updating and maintaining all relevant statutory records, registers and other documents
Assist the Company Secretary in company secretarial and administrative matters
- Liaise with clients, auditors, regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders in connection with company secretarial matters.
Follow-up with client on the return of documents and forms and ensure compliance with submission timeline and requirements- To monitor Compliance Annual Submission (Audit Report, Annual Return & Beneficial Ownership (BO)
Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
