Assistant to senior on secretarial matters- Prepare documents in accordance with the Company Secretarial Practice and Companies Act 2016
To assist senior to prepare documentation relating to onboarding and offboarding matters
- To review secretarial records
To do housekeeping of portfolio
At least 2 years of working experience in company secretarial matters- Competence in in Company Secretarial Practice and Companies Act
Graduate of Bachelor of Corporate Administration (Hons); graduate from ICSA course
- Good command of English oral and writing
Can converse and write in Mandarin is added advantage as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients- Experience in company secretarial software
Have experience working in a group
