Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and grow portfolio of corporate accounts calling or meeting up for appointments.
  • Cultivate exceptional relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Identify target accounts and hirer's needs, propose solutions, and devise strategies to overcome competitive obstacles.
  • Support company new product rollouts/adoptions by proactively engaging, communicating, and implementing the rollout/adoption to all hirers.
  • Accurately forecast, track progress, and close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

  • A Diploma / Degree major in Business / Marketing / Communications / Human Resources / Public Relations are preferred but not essential.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience is required, especially client-facing role.
  • Good communication in English coupled with strong negotiation skills. Other languages will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to craft quality proposals and confidently present them to hirers.
