Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Sales Executive with a knack for securing B2B deals and nurturing client relationships. At FLUX, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth primarily through B2B channels, while also maintaining key accounts. Your role will entail targeting small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and large corporations, selling our FLUX Business Class (FBC) product, and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales Focus: Drive B2B sales initiatives to acquire new SME and corporate
  • clients for our FLUX Business Class (FBC) product.
Lead Generation and Management: Generate leads and manage prospective B2B
  • clients throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure.
Account Management: Devote 30% of your time to maintaining and growing your
  • existing top B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues
that may arise.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular sessions with clients to understand their
evolving needs and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional
  • services.
Community Engagement: Foster relationships within the business community to
  • identify potential B2B sales opportunities and expand our client base.
Client Education: Educate B2B clients on the benefits of FLUX services and advise
  • them on optimizing their savings through effective utilization of our offerings.
Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, addressing
  • any queries or concerns they may have and providing timely resolutions.
Pipeline Management: Effectively manage your sales pipeline, prioritizing leads and
  • opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
Strategic Activation: Strategically plan and execute both on-ground and online
  • activation campaigns to attract and onboard new B2B clients.
Vehicle Sourcing: Source vehicles for clients who have specific requirements not
  • available on the FLUX platform, ensuring their needs are met through our services.

  • Qualifications:

1-3 years of sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commitment to exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieving sales targets.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa is required. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM3,800.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • Commission pay
