Responsibilities
- to provide advice on merger and acquisition, capital market and corporate commercial related works
- to lead a team of junior lawyers
- to be the main contact person for clients

Requirements
- candidates with at least 8 years of corporate practice experience (prefer has working experience with reputable firm)
- candidate who has a book of clients or is keen to develop clientele by leveraging on the existing clientele and network of the law firms
