A Corporate Growth Associate helpscompanies to boost growth and sales. They find new business by connecting with potential clients, building client relationships, quoting and closing sales, and oversee the timeline for confirmed orders.
Responsibilities:
- Find new customers through targeted outreach
- Act as door-opener for potential corporate clients including finding and vetting new leads
- Responsible for the management of sales and relationships with clients
- Build and maintain professional relationships and actively engage with clients and intermediaries to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Provide consultative recommendation through analysis and propose measures to better manage costs
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client meetings
- Responsible for proposing and implementation of new products or initiatives for corporate clients
- Involve in projects or initiatives that will further grow the overall corporate business
- Plan and execute the process of selling company merchandise and products to corporate clients
- Project Management manage ongoing sales cycle from client initiation through delivery of goods
- Procurement - source, purchase and manage delivery of items that need to be produced by the company
- Flexible with doing tasks required for the company assigned by the supervisor (e.g., assist colleagues in any department)
Requirements:
- Possess a degree with business or equivalent
Highly motivated and able to work as individual & in a team
Fluent in English & Malay
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers
- Relevant working experience in commercial, client-facing role
- Possess strong presentation, planning, organization and analytical skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and/or requests with a sense of urgency and have the ability to be impartial and objective
- Strong team player, adaptable and versatile in working style
- Independent, energetic, passionate, proactive, performance driven
