Corporate & Commercial Lawyer (0-3 PQE)

We are a corporate, transactional & commercial law firm based in Kuala Lumpur. Our team focuses on local and regional transactional & advisory work.

We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to join us as a Corporate & Commercial Associate.

We would like to hear from candidates who fulfill the followings:

• Up to 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate & commercial legal practice, including newly qualified lawyers.
• Ability to work independently with high motivation and dedication.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
• Strong language proficiency - English (written and verbal) is compulsory. Any additional language(s) will be desirable and an added advantage, but not compulsory.
• Proactive, meticulous, responsible, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn.
