Front Desk Operations: Welcome and assist guests, new employees, and candidates visiting the campus, ensuring a positive first impression.
Admin Database: Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files. (caf/pantries petty cash, mileage & OT claims (dispatch and drivers)
Facility Maintenance: Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and in good condition.
Group Insurance Management: Assisting on group insurance policies, including motor and building insurance, to ensure coverage adequacy and compliance with organizational needs.
Office & Inventory Management: Ensure the efficient functioning of the office by managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Festive Decorations: giving admin support for company festive decorations for the office
Procurement: Take charge of sourcing and internal purchasing for the campus.
Logistic Arrangements: Handle hand-to-hand delivery & courier arrangements, including export, import, and SIRIM-related matters.
Parking Management: Oversee parking-related matters for the campus.
Meeting Room Booking: Manage reservations for meeting rooms and coordinate Webex reservations.
Fire Extinguisher Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and renewal of fire extinguishers for office buildings.
