Job Description

Responsibility:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive company growth.

Acquire a thorough understanding of client needs and tailor solutions accordingly to enhance the probability of winning sales deals.

Foster and nurture relationships with existing customers by offering solutions aligned with their goals, resulting in continued business.

Compose detailed sales proposals, initiate meetings with clients and deliver persuasive sales presentations to win sales deals.

Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of solutions to maintain a high standard of client satisfaction and service excellence.

Play an integral role in generating new sales with the potential to develop into long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.

Job Requirement

  • Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls daily
  • Experience in utilizing various tools such as CRM, Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills complemented with strong presentation skills
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Great problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Proactive, enthusiastic learner and a collaborative team player

Added advantage if:

  • Proven experience and achievement in Corporate Sales and Key Account Manager
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Experience or knowledgeable in Human Resource Development Corporation grant application and claims
