Knowledge of workload automation environment, specifically BMC Control-M tool is mandatory.
Knowledge to perform operating system (UNIX / Windows) and tool level basic administrative tasks is required.
Knowledge of scripting is required.
Knowledge of Jobs-As-Code is required (Defining Schedule Jobs as Code and managing schedule jobs using code (JSON).
Knowledge on the usage of Control-M APIs, optimal utilization, and adherence to best practices.
Knowledge on REST API's, leveraging Control-M to invoke REST API's, integration of external systems and services.
Knowledge of system Terraforms. Self-service, appref on Control-M environment terraforms for firewall, commissioning and decommissioning though (IAC)
Knowledge of file transfer protocol or tool is required.
Knowledge of network connectivity and firewall rules is required.
Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery is required.
Knowledge on Control M related vulnerabilities , fix , patching , etc.
Basic knowledge of pipeline automation is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of AS/400 environment is an added advantage.
Basic soft skills of communication and courtesy are required.
