Company Uniform Provided Responsible to work out project budget, bill of quantities, cost estimation, evaluation, analysis.- To maintain relevant documentation in orderly and proper manner.
To liaise with the Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors and Suppliers on all matters pertaining to QS services.
- To source for potential supplier / sub-contractor to submit quotation / proposal according to tender requirements.
Understanding types of contractual agreement & building procurement.- Able to manage and coordinate project related contractual matters, including progress claim and variation order to ensure within project budget.
Perform quantity take-off when required re-measurement for final account purposes.
- Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Will be added advantage with procurement background (establish supplier sources and exploring new suppliers, wastage & usage analysis, material data analysis, monitor & control materials.
Knowledge in Fire Protection, Alarm Detection, ACMV/HVAC, Lift Installation System, Sanitary Plumbing, Cold Water Plumbing, building ventilation system will be added advantages.- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred as role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
