Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare accurate project cost estimates and budgets.
  • Handle tender costing and documentation.
  • Advise and assist Project Manager on compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Prepare and monitor monthly progress claim and final accounts.
  • Attend site meetings and conduct site valuation as necessary.
  • Manage the procurement of materials and to monitor the delivery, recording and compilation of invoices and delivery notes.
  • Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned.
  • Work independently, handling projects with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience or fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is required due to work nature).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Immediate availability is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduate can apply.
