Contract Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Executive or Junior Executive to join our team.

• Job Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and reviewing cost estimates, budget, and bills of quantities.

• Conduct cost analysis for various construction projects.

Support in the preparing to tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

• Participate in the procurement process, including sourcing and evaluating subcontractors and suppliers.

Monitor project costs and progress, reporting any variances to senior surveyors.

• Assist in the valuation of completed work and arranging payments.

Contribute to risk management and value engineering processes.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

• Job Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

Executive: At least three (3) years of relevant experience in quantity surveying working at construction industry. Familiarity with construction contract, procurement processes, and cost management.

• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, quantity surveying software such as CostX or similar).

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Team player, good communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work with multiple discipline projects.

Good project management and supervision skills.

• Able to lead and make strong decisions.

Excellent time management and organization skills.
