Job Descriptions:- To issue job no. upon successful job from client.
To prepare Letter of Award to Subcontractor.- To prepare claims and final claims to the client.
To prepare Invoice Requisition Form (IRF) to Account Dept. for claims of down payment, progress payments and final payments from customers.
- To evaluate and recommend regularly subcontractors interim and final claims.
To prepare Payment Requisition Form (PRF) to Account Dept. for payment to Sub-contractor.- To ensure all jobs are completely billed
To liaise with other department such as Engineering Project Engineer for any issue involving clients claim.
- To check all claims submitted by Sub-contractor and liaise with them for any issue rose.
Review draft contract during tendering stage and prepare clarification to Contract; making good records of project budget; handle legal case (if any) by liaise with Solicitors; Letters preparation upon several issues arise during project execution either to Client or Subcontractor; Make ready documents as per Contract requirement (insurance, CIDB, stamp duty); Prepare Certificate of Payment to Subcontractor and Certificate of Practical Completion to Subcontractor upon the completion of works and/or projects; negotiation skills during pre-award contract and closing account of Subcontractor.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
3 years experience in Contract management
