Assist in reviewing and preparing contracts, agreements, and tender documents.
- Support the Contract Department in managing and maintaining contract records.
Help track contract timelines, payment schedules, and deliverables.- Aid in the preparation of contract claims, variations, and final accounts.
Assist in cost estimation and quantity surveying tasks.
- Conduct research on industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with other departments, including Project and Finance, for contract-related matters.- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gain insights into contract negotiations and project discussions.
Provide general administrative support to the Contract Department.
Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in construction contracts and project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of contract law and construction processes (preferred but not mandatory).
