- Roles & Responsibilities:
Selling insurance products using solid and engaging presentation to companies and prospective customers; promote all types group affinity insurance solutions or suggest additions to new and existing customers.
- Develop productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources such as personal selling, networking, cold calling and referrals.
Build and maintain positive business relationships with prospect clients to foster future sales.- Report the progress of daily/weekly/monthly initiatives to team leaders.
Maintain sales logs, database and records.
- Fulfil all policy requirements.
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Other responsibilities entailed.
Possess a Degree / Diploma in Insurance, Business Studies & Marketing.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience preferably in marketing or sales in financial industry.
Good communication skills - written and verbal.- Possess knowledge in industry practices, knowledge on competitors & their products
Proficient in MS Office - Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
- Flexible in terms of time in view of training/product or project, launches or functions or events during weekends, pubic holidays and after office hours.
Ability to communicate, present, persuade and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization- Sales and Customer Service that involves working with clients depend on skills related to evaluating needs, providing services, and adhering to quality standards.
