The Day-to-Day Activities

Work with teams across countries in SEA to ensure optimal quality in creatives that are produced by the Marketing and Creative teams

Assess creative hygiene basis a scorecard

Follow and optimize creative submission processes to deliver the right assets, efficiently to the ad ops teams.

Review creative performance after the assets have gone live to suggest improvements

Liaise and build relationships with internal and external teams (agency/ media partners) to ensure that your projects are scheduled effectively, driven forward and creative quality is strengthened consistently.

Educate stakeholders on the intricacies of creative and ad setup on the platforms so that they can provide better assets

Work closely with the creative teams to build out improvements in creative automation processes

The Must-Haves

Hands-on experience on Facebook Business Manager or Google Ads manager

Keen attention to detail, a high degree of creative problem solving and initiative, must be able to work independently on his/her own projects.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate instructions around ads and ad platforms in user-friendly language.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
