Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott's Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott's Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia.
Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell's soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia's extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.

Position based in Petaling Jaya.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and build an effective Daily Management System referencing to Arnott's ME systems in other facilities.
- Establish key measurements and rigor to sustain and measure daily performance with effective actions to drive continuous improvements in daily work system.
- Embed Safety and QFS in daily work.
- Facilitate Problem Solving and RCA processes, working with process engineers, engineering, production, Quality, R&D and all other functions.
- Owns continuous improvement pillar for reducing wastes, identify new solutions and develop data-based monitoring with good decision-making process.
- Champions Enabler program and 8D for SC
- Design and implement lean approach in E2E supply chain planning processes
- Coach teams to develop good problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement culture with active GMP and Kaizen teams in delivering daily improvements on the shop floor.
- Owner of People Engagement programs partnering P&C HRBP to have team engagement across all levels.
- Leads Process Flow Mapping, identify key process areas and important skill sets for each production line.
- Develop technical training modules with R&D and manage training and certification process for operators and technicians.
- Develop operator skill matrix development plan and execution by Production Managers.
- Support Center Lining, CIL and Autonomous Maintenance initiatives by supporting training, effectiveness and verification of operators and technicians under these programs.
- Understands and able to train operators on statistical process controls, process capabilities, design of experiments, RSM and data analysis.
- Identify, develop and implement leadership training programs for Shift Leads, QFS Leads and Process Leads to improve leadership skills on the shop floor.
Key Requirements For Successful Applicant:
- Degree in Engineering with experience in a well operated factory environment.
- Sound process and statistical knowledge
- Black Six Sigma certification has an added advantage.
- People oriented, experience in conducting trainings and coaching.
- Experience in leading continuous improvement work in a factory.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in a reputable food manufacturing experience is an added advantage
