Proficiency in Turkish and English Language (Read/Speak/Write) Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
- Reviewing/updating contents on a social media platform
Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload- Will handle escalations, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with cross-functional teams with pressing timelines.
Prior work experience in a Regulatory work, Social Media platforms is a plus
- Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective countries
Mature & analytical- High on teamwork and engagement
_Minimum Qualifications:

1 years of experience in content moderation however fresh graduate with degree holder can apply
Mandatory bachelors degree in any field
Must have analytical abilities to analyses data, trends from effectiveness surveys
Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverable.
Resilience - strong emotional fortitude and resilience in handling potentially sensitive content
Critical thinking - ability to effectively navigate gray areas, break down complex problems and develop independent solutions.
Ability to work non-standard hours as required.
