TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video with millions of loyal users globally. LiveBuzz Studio is a TikTok LIVE agency and a Multi Channel Creator Network (MCN) contracted by TikTok to facilitate the growth and development of the TikTok LIVE Placement.
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
The LIVE Operations team is looking for an an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Manager to build strategic, successful, long-term relationships with local creators.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with creators such as celebrities, influencers and content creators for the livestream ecosystem.
- Understand and review trends in-app and identify content potential and scout rising talent.
- Conduct training and educational workshops to manage creator content and improve livestream sessions.
- Provide account support to creators to refine their content quality, performance and reputation.
- Collaborate across teams to promote campaigns and creator profiles and produce featured content.
- Gather insights and analysis of relevant data for creator performance.
- Go live on our official accounts and answer any questions prospect may have.
- Record short form videos for our TikTok accounts as well as ads.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in working in Talent/Influencer/Creator management, preferably on a Content Platform
- Proven ability working in a start-up environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in managing content creators/influencers
- Understanding and previous experience working within livestream ecosystem and applications
