Working Hour: Mon Friday (rotational shift 9 hrs per day including 1 hr lunch time)

Position Summary and Responsibilities:
- A Customer Service Associates role is to handle all incoming inquiries on company website related queries/requests/complaints via email
- Reviewing online contents like comments/chats/videos/audios/images
- Updating the contents on company website
General & Behavioral Skills:
- Proficiency in Korean and English language (reading/writing both)
- High on team work and engagement
- Awareness of current affairs
- Mature & Analytical
