Quality Assurance:
Comply with key performance indicators specific to the client operation, maintaining a high level of quality in each case reviewed.Escalation Procedures:
Make timely escalations in accordance with established procedures.Confidentiality: Adhere to corporate confidentiality policies and ensure the appropriate handling of customer information to guarantee information security.
- Continuous Training: Participate in continuous training programs established by the company for optimal role development.
Compliance:
Follow all instructions and procedures related to and complementary to the role.Communication:
Stay attentive to communications received through various company communication channels.
Qualifications:- Diploma or Bachelor Degree
Fresh graduate is welcomed
MUST fluent in Mandarin- English minimum Band 3 (MUET)
Willing to working in rotational shift
