Job Summary:As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our community guidelines and policies. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our platform by identifying and removing inappropriate or harmful content.
Monitor user-generated content on various platforms (text, images, videos) for compliance with community guidelines.
- Review and moderate content in Mandarin and Taiwanese to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
Identify and escalate potential risks or violations to the appropriate teams.- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve content moderation processes.
Stay updated with community guidelines, industry standards, and legal requirements related to content moderation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness in moderation practices.
Fluency in Mandarin and Taiwanese (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in content.- Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with online platforms and social media trends.
Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content
